From Data to Action: A Vaccine Confidence Playbook

The Vaccine Confidence Playbook is a practical guide for ministries of health and governments to turn evidence and stakeholder insights into action that builds and sustains vaccine confidence and uptake. It offers a flexible framework that countries can adapt to their own priorities, communities, and health systems, organized around seven interconnected pillars: trusted governance and policy, a confident health workforce, person-centered services, community partnerships, responsive communication, confidence in vaccine safety and effectiveness, and continuous learning and feedback. By applying these pillars in ways that fit their context, national immunization programs can respond to local needs, strengthen public trust, and become more resilient to future challenges.
